For years, you have all asked for real winter camping. Mother nature has finally accommodated your request and you now get your chance.
Mr. Dalton and Mr. Grocki are running a thru hiking adventure on the Appalachian Trial the weekend of January 25th.
This is a Saturday to Sunday activity- so for Meal planning just three meals are required and dehydrated/backpacking meals are acceptable.
We need to get a head count soon- so registration will close next Monday and on the 20th.
Remember there is no such as bad weather just the wrong clothing and gear- so be prepared as winter camping is no joke! With that said one of my favorite camping trips as a scout was a winter camping trip when it snowed, so have fun!!!
