Dues are Due
Rechartering time is here – the dues are $120 – paid youth and $42 – paid adult. Please make checks out to Troop 131 and give to our Treasurer, Mr. Van Goethem. Note that scholarships are available. Please email me at Seth.a.bolte@gmail.com if you wish to discuss a scholarship.
NOTE: if you are getting these emails and are no longer in Scouts, let me know so we don’t bug you about dues.
Troop Committee Training 12/9 during the Scout Meeting.
From Ms. Larson: Fellow Troop Committee Members – training in person is 1 hour and helps provide our Scouts with a lifetime of amazing opportunities. This training is required so Kevin Jahns and I really look forward to seeing you there. If you are unable to attend, contact Pamela Larson (larson.pamela@gmail.com) PRIOR to 12/9 for next steps. Every ADULT LEADER in the troop must be trained by 12/9.
Philmont 2020
T131 officially has a 2020 Philmont crew! All attendees need to bring $100.00 to the Monday meeting to reimburse the troop for the deposit.
No outing in December
December is the only month we don’t have a scheduled outing. Don’t let this stop you from getting outdoors though! Post your activities on the Facebook page!
Notes from the Senior Patrol Leader:
– PATROL LEADERS – It is your responsibility to touch base with your Patrols and be sure that they are paying attention to the Skills Training and working on their Advancement
– CELL PHONE USAGE – Not in the troop meetings, except with very few exceptions when they are being used for advancement or merit badges.
