Scoutmaster-Update

Troop 131,

Welcome back to the scouts who went on the Scuba trip, I hope you all had a great time!

I look forward to seeing everyone at the Picnic tomorrow!

COURT OF HONOR & PICNIC – CoH (6:30 PM Start)

On Monday, we will host our annual end of summer Court of Honor and Picnic.  Thank you to Mrs. Devlin, Mrs. Farmer, for organizing and making it happen!

Families are certainly welcome and encouraged to attend.  This is the time of year we get to celebrate all our accomplishments over the last six months and kick-off the fall scouting activities!

While most things are already full, there are still a few sign-up slots for potluck food.

Join the potluck, SIGN UP HERE!

Please note that we are starting 1 hour earlier than our usual meeting time.  This is to maximize daylight and to accommodate the bedtime of younger siblings!

Scouts, please wear your Class A uniform (since it will be hot, scout shorts are fine if you wear your scout socks- crocs or sandals are not Class A appropriate).  In addition, please wear your T-131 Neckerchiefs and Merit Badge Sash.  Try to look sharp!

Scouts who have speaking parts (as assigned by your SPL at the meeting last Monday and listed below) should practice their parts beforehand and show up no later than 6:00 to help with set up!  ASM’s are also in charge of the grill, please show up early as well to get the burgers and hot dogs cooking.
